We are proposing to redevelop Drum Court, situated on The Spain, Petersfield with 21 apartments, of which at least 50% will be affordable housing and made available to those in housing need in the local area.
Following initial feedback from officers at East Hampshire District Council (EHDC), we then shared our plans with the local community, including elected representatives, at a public exhibition in the Festival Hall, Petersfield on 26th September 2022.

Our consultation has now closed. Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback on our proposals. We will review all the comments we have received as we finalise our plans and prepare to submit a planning application to EHDC later this year.
