What is STAIRs?
Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) is a new government standard which provides customers with more information on their landlord, the housing services available to them, and data on how their homes are managed.
The STAIRs publication scheme will become a legal requirement for housing associations from 1 October 2026, with a legal requirement to answer information requests following from 1 April 2027.
We are committed to being open and transparent and will continue to keep the information on our website up to date and easy to access.

If there are changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, the way information is made available, or the way we work - we'll make updates sooner.

We aim to publish information that is accurate, current and up to date.
Where possible, we'll provide the latest version of information. If historical information is available, we'll clearly explain the period it covers.
